1. Eligibility: The Trade Promotion Lottery (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the sweepstakes page located at [URL to sweepstakes] and who are at least 18 years old. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of Australia and is void where prohibited by law.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Zoee Pty Ltd (ABN 52 649 550 809) (“Zoee”) as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Zoee. You may enter only once and must fill in the requested information. You may only enter once indicated using multiple email addresses, identities or devices to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Zoee. You confirm that you agree to enter the Sweepstakes and abide by these rules.
5. Prizes: Winners will receive [list prizes and approximate retail value]. Actual/appraised value may differ at the time of prize award. Zoee shall solely determine the specifics of the prize. No cash or other prize substitution is permitted except at Zoee’s discretion. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. 7. Winner selection and notification: Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of Zoee. The winners’ names of all prizes over $1,000 will be published on http://zoee.co for a minimum period of 28 days. Winners may also be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. Zoee shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to the winner’s spam, junk email or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. The prize must be paid or transferred to the winner within 28 days after the draw. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 30 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The prize winner may only be substituted via a second draw if reasonable efforts were made to identify the unsuccessful winner.
The receipt by the winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT THE SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes, you confirm and agree that Zoee may use personal information collected from you to provide you with information about our products or services. We may also inform you of new and additional products, services and opportunities available. Zoee will use personal information only for the purposes that you consent to, including providing you with products and services during the usual course of our business activities, administering our business activities, managing, researching and developing our products and services for training purposes, providing you with information about our products and services, communicate with you by a variety of measures including, but not limited to, by telephone, email, SMS or mail, investigate any complaints and provide you with newsletters and promotional emails. You may “opt out” of communications.
9. Terms: Zoee reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Zoee reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
Zoee has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer over that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Zoee reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Zoee and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the sweepstakes and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries. You agree to release, indemnify and hold us and its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including lawyers’ fees) arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes.
11. Disputes: THIS sweepstake IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF Victoria. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will the participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable lawyers’ fees, other than the participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

You understand that you are providing your information to the owner of this sweepstakes and not to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn or Google.
13. Records Zoee must keep for at least three years after finalisation of the lottery that provide an accurate financial accounting of the lottery, accurate accounting for all entries and accurate report of the distribution of prizes.
14. Events Beyond Control Neither party shall be liable to the other party for any loss caused by any failure to observe the terms and conditions of this agreement, where such failure is occasioned by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, flood, riot, strike, war, pandemic, restrictions and prohibitions or any other actions by any government or semi-government authorities.
