How to start
1. Good:
- Email and SMS your database to advise times, days and product teasers available during the event,
- Focus on one to five products,
- Start with one social-media channel or marketplace, such as Amazon Live,
- Track every key performance indicator from the live shopping event,
2. Better:
- Experiment with a regular schedule – with a broader range of products, services, formats, and target audiences,
- Integrate live shopping into its website or e-commerce experience to own the customer experience,
- Expect to scale up to a full-time team,
3. Best:
- Broadcast many live shopping events across multiple social websites and other channels,
- Use advanced analytics and insights to develop proven repeatable and scaleable events,
Never underestimate the value of influencers, artists, and other creatives to extend potential customer dwell time, leading to a further increase in conversions and revenue lifts.
